    Look up 'usability testing' on google. It will yield a lot of additional excellent results.

    Jakob Nielsen is the grandfather of this field.

    If you guys like that, I also heartily recommend this:

    Google Analytic's guru Avinash Kaushik Web Analytics Blog | Occam's Razor by Avinash Kaushik. He has a fantastic blog that is regularly updated.

    This helps you identify a lot of issues on your website through Google Analytics to then in turn apply Jakob Nielsen's suggestions on.
