Conflict with Growing Business vs. Responsibility

My husband and I have just started our internet marketing business; we are really excited and through our business we have a great system that is automated with lots of training on how to market...and we believe it is very possible that my husband will be able to quit his job and do the business full time...which leads to the conflict. He still has a big load of responsibility with his job currently and he is so frustrated when he thinks about how much more marketing and growth would happen if he was spending 40 hours on the internet marketing business. But, we still have to live now and take care of financial responsibility. It's a round-about. Anyone else experience this frustration/conflict? Any comments?

    Welcome to the forum ...

    I left my J.O.B. little over 15 years ago to persue my own web development business online. Got tired of the 7 days a week/16 hours a day for $350 a week crap. I was in management being paid a salary, thus they could work me as many hours as they wish.

    Got fed up and left it for good with no regrets.. Have I always made money each and every month ? No.. Was it hard at first ? Yes.. I made sacrifices and did what I needed to do to be free from that J.O.B. thing..

    Here I am after all these years and still creating websites, still making money, and still very happy at what I do..

    But this is me...
