Want to pay someone for leads on landing page.

I want to pay someone to market my landing page. I will pay $5 per free sign up. Here is my worries though. I do not want to put this on some affiliate network, i want to give it to one good person who will not do things to damage my name just to get a commission.
My other concern is how should i set the first month up with this person to assure they dont just send me fake leads. I was thinking telling the person lets do it for 2 weeks no pay, ill check the leads if they are real i will pay you and we will continue but if no good well go our separate ways.
Where would i find this person and how should i approach the situation?

    Hi there, this will probably be more trouble than it is worth. Finding a genuine lead generator is very difficult and you will waste a lot of time and effort running and validating this model.

    You would be much better off using PPC or something like that considering you are paying 5 dollars per lead.

    Learn all the various options open to you and use them to your advantage.

    I am hiring someone to start PPC already with me but i wanted to try and be a bit diverse and see what was working best and easiest. How about a banner on their website? I can supply a few banners to choose from and i have seen lead tracking systems. I could supply these banners but again what if someone sends me fake leads, if i get a network of 100 people putting my banner on their sites and 1 person from each are fake i lose money.

    We need leads, lots of them and i understand PPC is great but i figured affiliates can hit those core niches targeted customers. Do not forget there is no competition when someone was not directly looking for your product but sees it and says hmm... i should get that. Agreed?
