Is all the people who want EZA to be run to suit their needs. Hardly a day goes by without someone whinging here about EZA. They complain that their article isn't accepted, their status hasn't been upgraded, there are adsense on the pages, that there is now a system to pay to get quicker reviews and so the list goes on.

I was talking to Chris this week, and said to him. If I was running EZA then I would fire all the whingers. I would close their accounts, because if they think my service is that bad, then I wouldn't want them. That is my view, not Chris' view.

But, for all of you who have a problem, if it is that bad, then use another service.

Sorry, but no business person can create their business for everybody. If they make a change, then someone will whinge about it. When change happens not everybody likes it.

But let's remember the bottom line here, Chris is running a business. It is his business. He makes the rules, he makes the final decisions. We are not in the boardroom, and so we don't know why certain changes are made, we don't know what Chris plans to do in the next month, year or longer.

People keep whinging because they can't get their own way, they are worse than a 2 year old having a tantrum. If you don't like the way EZA runs it business, then go elsewhere.

If I don't like the way a person does business, then I don't go whinging about it, I stop doing business with them.

There are certain people here that I would never do business with, but I wouldn't start thread after thread about the evils of what they do. If they were to scam people that would be different.

Instead of complaining, why not look at the problem and come up with a solution.

Look at twitter, people were whinging because something had changed. As I never log into the main screen I didn't have a clue what they were talking about. Was I concerned, no, because it really didn't make a difference to my everyday work.

People complained when MySpace started clamping down on those who were gaming the system, the same thing happens time and time again.

We get the bright spark who thinks it is brilliant to let everyone know how they got one over EZA because they do certain things which makes sure their links are seen.

They forget Chris is a member here, and he reads. He knows what loopholes people have found, and like a good business person he makes sure the loopholes are plugged.

If you want the best out of EZA then look at what is happening, and see how you can use and get the most out of it.

In the time people take to whinge, they could have done something to make them money.

How I run my business is my business, how anyone runs a business is their business and that includes EZA. Think the next time you have become the expert business advisor to tell Chris what he should do, look at your own business, and ask are you making the money you want.

Popcorn and coke is now provided, let the fun begin

    Bravo Bev...

    Bravo..

But I don't think anyone will need the popcorn.. because the damn whingers will read this and be embarrassed to reply.. good... just how it should be. I agree with debate and discussion.. but this topic is not something that needs discussing..

Nobody talks about how you or I run your or my business, so why should they do it with Chris?

Rock on for pointing it out Bev.... the same thing happens with Allen here and the WF.. everyone thinks they have the right to request (insert random crap and demands here).

      Hi Wayne,

Whining is not the solution. We are only staying put or even moving backwards when we whine.
Wayne is right. We just have to be careful we don't get drawn into whinging about whingers.

I've been trained by a crack team of Aussies in 'how not to be a whinging pom.'

Example - 'My, it's lovely fresh weather we're having here in UK. Look at the lovely patterns in the frost. Once you crack the ice, a nice morning dip in the sea really wakes you up. And the beer stays really cold on an evening, no need for stubbie-holders.'

Are typing "whinging" to be used for "whining"?

I see a lot of people "whining" about EZA. Can't say I've seen anyone "whinging" about EZA though.

But that's the problem ... too many of the whiners/whingers aren't running a business. They are dabbling and have way too much time on their hands.

I just don't get all the people who complain about them.

I've had a couple of problems with them but not in the
last six months and the issues were quickly worked out.

And I've probably submitted over 100 articles to them

    just don't get it

Somebody please help Bev spell whine in AmericaSpeak. If I go whinging it my Barb will cut them (the wings that is).

Sorry Bev, I just had to get it out of my system. Now lets see are we talking about popcorn, English or EZA. Oh yeah! EZA.

I see no problem, about letting the company your doing business with, know when you have a problem. In some cases you may actually help them to look for a better way to do business and they may even be spurred on to do so.

However, why should you slam them in a public forum for not doing it the way you want them to. I was brought up to believe when you point the finger at someone you have 3 more pointing back at you. Point made.

    Hi Bev,

    Awesome post!

While I too do not agree with some of the things that EZA does or the way they run things I think you hit the nail on the head.

It is Chris's business he can do what he thinks best.

I have always taken the same view as yourself and it is nice to see someone thinks the same way!

    Bravo!

It blows my mind that people can't figure that out. They find a way to circumvent someone's terms, then post it for the world to see, including the person who's terms they are violating. Duh!

Here's how to deal with any problem you have with the changes EZA makes:

    1 - Adapt
    2 - Overcome
    3 - Improvise

Do they have some changes I find mildly annoying - Yes, and even though I'm still using them them as my primary source of keyword research and the flagship for my article submission campaigns I have developed other methods to compensate for the changes they make which is probably good business sense anyway.

People who whine and complain about Ezine Articles are no different than people who complain about any topic. They are usually do nothings who expect everything to be handed to them. I have been working with EZA for a couple of years and I am at present, the number 8 author there. I don't have any problem with them. I also use another service that works well for me and I have recommended it to people and then listen to them whine and complain that there were problems while I am getting hundreds of backlinks from using them.

Being successful online requires work and just like in the offline world and maybe even more so online there are only a handful of people wiling to do what it takes. Tim built a six figure business while working in the Army 12-14 hours a day. How did he do it? He worked a few hours a day and he slept very little. YOU have to decide how important it is to you.

      Stop whining and start working.

    Well said, Bev.

The thing is that Ezine Articles is recognised as the premiere article directory. The team does a phenomenal job and they are constantly striving to be innovative and improve the quality of the service.

Yes, there are hiccups from time to time which can generally be attributed to growing pains but Ezine Articles is the place I first submit my articles and the main article directory that I refer individuals to.

With all the changes at EZA, I have managed to adjust. I believe there are different ways you can use to comply with just about any rule changes and still be successful.

Some people don't want to take the time to come up with innovative methods to market their business. Sometimes you just have to! Come up with different strategies and go on about life.

    I still love EZA
