Hey everyone. I am looking for the first posts that were made regarding the launch of Rich Schefren's Business Manifesto.. were he suppodsly become from no-one to the guru's of gurus. In his blue print, he mentions a link to this forum (no-longer working) were he mentions that a topic on his manifesto was hot hot hot with tons of replies. Does anybody remember that post? I am looking forward if it was Rich Schefren himself who had posted the post? Or if it was another user? or if was someone from Rich Schefren's staff "faking" to be a user. My other question, is if he gave the direct download link of the business manifesto in the forum post, or if he gave a link to the opt-in? Why all these questions? I have just released my report, and I do not know how present myself on the forums. People that got it in my site, absolutely loved it and I received some incredible comments. The report is full of content and is like a paid product, except I give it for free. It also contains info about my site, so make people get really intrested in my products in development once he is done, but it's about 95% content, and just some indirect promotion. Anyways, I received incredible comments on the blog, but not enough comments to cause a buzz, and I want more traffic. I am considering 3 options: 1) Present myself and give the link to the opt-in page. I am afraid that they will accuse me of being a spammer for placing a link to an opt-in page. I will surely won't be welcome like this. 2) Present myself and give the direct download link. I am afraid my list would get angy, as I mentioned I would only give the report to people that were subscribers, or to any new subscriber. In other words, just to followers of our project. There are members of the list which are also members of the forum. 3) Wait till someone recommends my report in the forums by themselves. Should I copy some comments from my blog to the forum, to show the forum people that my report is really valuable, or would they consider me a salesman like that? And in fact.. I don't have anything to sell yet.. the report is free. It's my first report launch, and I wouldn't want to ruin this as I already got some wonderful comments in our site. PLease advice me. Thanks, Rod |
