Despite of being persistent and cranking out tons of articles in a niche, I just netted $1.93 per article. I might have done a lot of things wrong when it came to my sales funnel. But that doesn't matter right now.

What matters is the lesson being taught? I thought the key to IM success is always persistence. But there's one more step ahead of persistence and that is perseverance.

As I was browsing through the warrior forum, a fellow marketer(a woman -don't remember her name) had this in her sig - "Failure is the path of least persistence".

I didn't understand this at first. So I googled it. It doens't have a real source.

That is what is meant by the path of least persistence. Persistence means going after your dreams and not stopping if things get hard are do not happen on your expected timeframes."

When you crank out those articles and you don't see sales, you'll feel disappointed. And it leads you to giving up. And that's why you fail over and over again. I've been failing because of this over and over again. But I've been persistent at one thing - To at leat use the web once a day and do something related to IM.

Don't stop if things get hard. And if they do not happen in your expected timeframes. They will definitely happen for you.

"You can have anything you want out of life, but you must have the vision, the focus and the perseverance to see it through."

So go and put in more work on your business. Whether it maybe articles, videos, ads, or links... You will get back what you put in.

Understand one thing: Life isn't easy. It will put you down on your knees,, make you wince and cry before it gives you.... It's not always sunshine and daises. Life's tough. The sooner you accept the fact and get your butt moving, the sooner you'll reach your dreams...

You can't get things the easy way. Don't listen to what the gurus claim. They say success is easy if you follow this formula or steps. It takes a few minutes. No it doesn't. It takes real hard work, dedication, perseverance, sincerity, honesty and true character.

BUILD YOUR CHARACTER. After all, your character defines your destiny and dictates who you are.
