struggling to get a merchant account?

We struggled for a long time to get merchant services until eventually found this:

VoicePay ? Online payments, merchants, card processing, buy online

They are fantastic. Set up was under a week and it integrates with 1shoppingcart very well.

      They are an offshore service provider out of the United Kingdom. They operate in the same method as PayPal which is as an agreate provider. As long as they maintain chargebacks within Visa and MasterCards guide lines they should be an acceptable provider.
