How many warriors are running Windows 7 or new Mac?
I was talking to a new colleague a little while ago and just in conversation the topic came up about our computer systems. He asked first so I told him about my Windows 7 Ultimate, Quad Core AMD Desktop, 8GBs of RAM with a 2GB Video card which allows me to run dual 22" widescreen monitors and that I built it myself. He must have laughed for 5 minutes straight, when I asked what was so funny he told me he was running a 13" Dell laptop and Windows XP.
This guy does ten times the IM that I do and I have to say I found the laptop thing to be completely amazing, its his only system. I couldn't imagine going back to even a single 22" screen much less a 13". Having two screens when writing, building, researching, literally everything I do as far as work, in my opinion, is much easier and quicker with my setup.
Am I just spoiled or have most other warriors also invested in a superior workstation?
