Splitting up affiliate site

This is probably not the correct title for this or I would have searched in the archives for a possible solution to this.

I have a lot of my own websites and I have about twenty affiliate sites. I purchased domain names from GoDaddy and did 301 redirects to the affiliate sites.

My question is this: I recently have purchased some products that I've read about through the WF to help create backlinks. I already do article and video marketing, social bookmarking, linking with high PR sites and all the normal things for offsite optimization. Some of these programs that I recently have purchased require that you put a html file or a php file in the domain directory. I know obviously how to put a file in a directory. I have no files in any of the redirected domains. However, will the fact that the home page redirects to an affiliate keep these programs from working with the html or php files in the directory.

I hope this question makes sense. I appreciate any responses. I get so much from this forum. Thanks so much!

What are these files you need to add supposed to do?
It depends on how the redirect is setup as to whether the file can be read at all.

The html file is for Deep Linker Pro to submit to directories... the php file is for 3 Way Links to three way link.

      Thanks for your response.

But how are you performing the redirect?
In .htaccess, javascript, a php file or a meta refresh, etc...?
