List Building With No Effort

Hello Everyone

I have been putting together a step by step video course on list building w/keeping the newbie in mind but also putting together some advance stuff for the more advanced list builder.

So if you have ever taken any type of list building course.

What are some of the things you would like to learn about?

What are some things you dont want to see in the course?

I don't want to make this course a repeat of another course but instead try to find the problems people are having when building a list.

Perhaps it's getting traffic to your squeeze page or how to write good email copy.

Let me know what you would like to see in a list building course.

Also let me know what things you are sick of seeing in these types of list building courses or books.

Thanks
Craig

Tons of eBooks and courses talk about list building and skip traffic methods. I've seen a bunch that say, "Get traffic to your squeeze page and build your list!" but for many people, getting the targeted traffic for a micro-niche or any landing page/blog or offer is the hurdle.

Maybe how to structure your reciprocity offer on your squeeze page and how that first free report or other opt-in bribe works into your list strategy.

You can include *good* landing page / squeeze page templates to make launching a list building effort easier for a newbie.

Building a relationship with the new list members is important too, you can include a lesson on moving-the-free-line and how to appear as a guru to your list.

You could go into how to monetize the list, starting with pitching affiliate products to how to make a product to sell to the list.

I guess I went into some more topics that are after you have the people opted in already... out of all of those, the traffic generating strategies and how to basically get people to opt in with a free report or free video etc... (and how to create that) would be a cool upgrade to most list building courses.

    Hope that helps!

      Thanks for the response.

The biggest thing im doing with this course is traffic generation.

Mostly free methods but some paid ones too.

Im also sharing methods that actually work well and will go in depth step by step on how to use these methods the correct way.

Most courses i have seen, seem to just generalize on the traffic methods.

My concentration with this course will be alot on traffic generation.

I will also be covering the 4 c's collect, capture, communicate and close in full depth in this course.

Also will be going over squeeze pages and how to set them up correctly for the best conversions.

      Thanks for the feedback

I would suggest you make it a step-by-step guide, that doesn't assume the reader knows how to do any of it (eg get traffic which is easy to say but harder to do).

In a nutshell, your reader wants the whole shebang handed to her on a plate, so...

    Cheers,
