How can I set up clickbank with my Yahoo Small Business Checkout? Problems with Download page

Hey Guys:

I sell a downloadable e-book

I want to start up with ClickBank, but my problem is the following.

It is my understanding that clickbank has their own checkout system, where they collect credit card information, etc. Then the person is lead to my thank you page where they can download the guide.

The problem is that my guide is available for download on the payment confirmation page, but each one of these payment confirmation pages is an individual url (has to be, if not people could just find the url and download for free).
And in order to get to this payment confirmation/download page, the person must use the Yahoo Small Business Checkout for their order processing.

I've called Yahoo Small Business, and they cannot find a way to get to this payment confirmation page without first using the Yahoo small business checkout.

I've called clickbank, and there's no way to upload a guide to their site (which would be the ideal solution...).

Any advice on how I can sell my downloadable e-book through clickbank, while still using Yahoo Small Business for my checkout?
