Name Change of Affiliate Product
hi guys,
Need some advice here. I've been promoting an affiliate product from a review page that looks something like this www .greenstuff.com/greenwidgetreview.php
My page is ranking very well for the keywords "green widget" and "green widget review".
Problem is that there has been a change in product name and url, but the product itself is unchanged.
Should I update the content of my review page to something like this:
Shiny Leaf Colored Widget (formerly known as Green Widget) Review, which means that the url of the page no longer matches the keywords
or have a brand new page that looks something like this www. greenstuff.com/shinyleafcoloredwidgetreview.php and start ranking all over again? If I do this, should I copy and paste the previous review (since they are exactly the same product), only changing the names. Or write a brand new review?
Any other ideas? Btw, I'm still getting sales (though not many) from the current review page although it's still reflecting the old product name.
