Sorry to hear that. I haven't experience the same thing yet, you might want to contact them and know the reason behind it. Hope it gets fixed soon in your end, thousands of followers is really a great number.

Everyone is experiencing the twitter growing pains. Even us developers who have higher API limits were cut in half the other day.

THey are having trouble keeping up with exponential growth.

Really? Who pays the bills? VC's right?

Maybe they need more funding. Anyone want to buy into a company with little revenue and HUGE expenses?

I'm sure they'd be happy for you to voluntarily pay a membership fee.

Dan's content is irregularly read by handfuls of people. Join the elite few by reading his blog: dcrBlogs.com, following him on Twitter: dcrTweets.com or reading his fiction: dcrWrites.com but NOT by Clicking Here!

Dan also writes content for hire, but you can't afford him anyway.

For me, I get that message incessantly at about this time of the morning. I haven't had any problem later in the afternoon and especially in the evening.

You'd think they would have been ready for the increased traffic that comes with significant international sporting events like the World Cup, especially given their corporate comments about the high % of their users whom live outside the USA.
