use google simple, these thousands and thousands of wp themes out there. just type you niche+wordpress theme into google example. "Health wordpress theme"

There are some issues about free WordPress themes you should be aware of and potentially concerned about:

(a). Most of these themes are hard coded with backlinks you may not necessarily want on your site.

(b). In most cases, if you attempt to remove the forced backlinks, you will altogether deactivate your site.

(c). Many free WordPress themes are known to have serious vulnerability issues, so check first to make sure you are not downloading an easily exploitable theme.

(d). If you have issues with functionality, design, layout or other coding issues/questions, there will be no support.

(e). Some free themes have been pirated and pawned off as free, so be cognizant of what you are getting.
