Can someone please explain ?

I'm not sure where I should post this or who I should ask as forums are all new to me. - but I joined the Warrior Forum back in mid-March of this year. Up until 10 days ago I had @ 30 posts to my name. I have also bought a couple of WSO's and made some comments. I have been unable to come on here for the last 10-14 days and came on here tonight and found that EVERYTHING has been wiped from my account. My post count is 0; my Avatar is no longer, my thanks have gone and all my pm's have disappeared with my links in them ????????

Can someone please tell me what I've done wrong ? Thank You for your help

I would contact the help desk rather than ask members - better chance of it being sorted, good luck im sure it's just a glitch.

Sounds to me like only the help desk can answer that question.

Yea, you should approach the Help Desk.

Posts might get deleted with deleted threads, but the rest, I'm not sure. Maybe some problems with the database. I know I had a similar problem on one of my forums where 3 members were wiped. I didn't have a backup in place so the only option was to re-register.

Did you just not visit for that time, or were you unable to log in? If the latter, did you get a message that you'd been banned? Most of the time when that happens, there's a reason given.

Could be a glitch, could have been done by one of the moderators. Hard to know, but the help desk probably can't answer this one.

I would just start over and not worry about it. it is not like you lost some money or anything. It should not take you long to get back to 30 posts if you are active. All the best.

      Agreed.

Same as happened to me. I figured the thread may have been moved to a section where posts do not count, or deleted.

I once had 2 accounts on a forum that I hadn't visited in awhile.
One of the accounts was the one I always used.
But when I went back after some time I logged into the other account mistakenly.
Needless to say I was very upset when I saw that all my stats were gone.
So I wrote them an angry email asking "why?".
They wrote back and suggested I log into my other account........oops

Don't have an additional account do you?

Hi everyone, thanks for your help/guidance.
I have since contacted the helpdesk and it does look like it's a system glitch.
Hey - never mind. Like you say - I'll just start over again. It was just the pm's that I was more concerned with. I'm quite active here as it's a great forum so no worries.

Thanks again everyone for your replies. Just proves how caring this forum is

Have a great day everyone - Onwards & Upwards !
