Hi Guys,

I just joined the forum.

Just a few questions:

1. I've been looking into a few products to invest into, The Cash Code, Shaun Smith System, Google Sniper and a couple of others, has anybody used any of these or have any recommendations?
2. Are they any good?
3. And how much money should I be looking at spending on things such as Domains, Hosting, Software etc.?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Scott

That really is a loaded set of questions. All of those answers are going to vary based on what you are looking to accomplish.

In regards to your products, I would recommend you do your due diligence reading and researching. As for hosting, and domains. That will vary depending on who you go with, but... you should start out of shared hosting. You do not need anything big at the beginning.

Barefootsies is right. Do your homework. Research anything in which you are interested thoroughly. A good place to begin is the Reviews section of this forum.
As for hosting solutions, there are many good ones. The one I use, one which is used by many members of this forum, is Host Gator. Very reasonably priced, and by using their addon domain feature, you can be as versatile as you need.
The one trap you want to avoid at all costs, though, is not to spread yourself too thin. You will see on the forum this consistent piece of advice: choose something that interests you and something with a high chance of success, master it, make it work, and only then go to something else. Don't let your head be turned by the latest shiny new system or product.

    Scott,

Welcome. Don't buy any of it - it's not needed. I can tell you how to make guaranteed money online and I won't charge you a dime.

Pick a niche you know something about. Give away free stuff in return for email addresses. Promote affiliate products to that list. Create your own products and promote them to the list.

Rinse and repeat. Keep building the list and your income will keep growing and growing.

That's all you need and that's what will work. Don't buy into all the hype. Get to work and you'll be making money before you know it.

    Best of luck.

This is the best bit of advice I have seen anybody being given in a very long time. Don't fall into the hype trap.

I recommend test everything. Even if it doesn't turn a profit for you, because at the end of the day you can look back at all the methods you have learned and hopefully put a twist on a few. Change something about it, make it your own and make it profitable.

Personally, I agree with the others here, don't buy anything until you do your research. It is easy to do. For instance you want to find out about Shaun Smith. Just Google Shaun Smith+Warrior Forum and see what comes up!! Do this with whatever you want to find out about.
If you dig around and ask around you will find everything you need to start for free, then when you are making money you can start paying for software etc to help automate things. As you say you will have to spend a little bit on hosting etc. I use Hostgator and Aweber and pay a little bit for domain names, that is about it.
Look at Ed Dale's The Challenge. This is a free IM course starting from scratch with loads of information.
I personally have looked at some stuff from John Thornhill who again is very generous and gives a lot of information for free.
Don't buy the shiny things, they nearly always turn out to be disappointing.
Still, don't take my word for anything I have said, google everything +Warrior Forum.
    Good Luck.

If I were you the only expense I would consider at first is the $37 one time fee for the War Room. You would be amazed at the info in there for free once the fee is paid.

    Domains: Namecheap.com
    Hosting: Hostgator

    Both cheap and good service.

As has been said time and again, please do your due dilligence, like most newbies, I got hooked into the buy as much of my junk as you can, cos it all pormises gold, but delivers LEAD.

Most of these so called experts are just reverse engineered alchemists, turning your gold into lead.

There are valuable information in every one of those products. You just have to try to see what fits you best.

I would personally recommend to try everything. Don't need too much money - 50$ (except for PPC) total.

Remember: Experience is what counts. Who knows where you might end up?

an idea to prevent you from wasting money:

make yourself a budget-- so many newbies seem to end up wasting a fortune, buying product after product they never implement. (the marketing is so persuasive on so many of the available IM products!) maybe tie budget to milestones. for example, set a certain amount of money you'll spend before you get your first lead. then first 100 leads. then first sale. etc.

I agree with Suzanne .....$37 for access to the War Room is a steal.....massive value.

Agreed with the above posters.. Before you purchase ANY product, get access to the War Room.

You will save yourself months of frustration just getting a grip on all this internet marketing stuff. I should have joined years ago but refused to shell out any money because I kept buying too much junk.

Before you even think about purchasing a product thought, I HIGHLY recommend reading "in between the lines" and checking out how marketers are monetizing their websites. Look out for upsells/downsells/list building/memberships/etc

Do not spend TOO much time reading. You will drive yourself nuts!

When you find something you're interested in, pick a system and work it like a one armed bricklayer in baghdad.

    Hope this helps!

Hey man, welcome to the forum.

What I would suggest is that you don't invest into any products just yet. Focus on learning the basics
