So I told myself I'm not going to spend any more money on IM products...

I'm very reluctant to spend money on IM products (trying to focus entirely on the daily routine and getting my ball rolling), and then Market Samurai comes along

#$&@#@&#!

I downloaded the demo and have been playing around with it, holy crap - this app matches up exactly with everything that I'm trying to do manually and makes it a whole lot easier

This is exactly the kind of thing I should spend money on, which makes me get thinking about something - when it comes to buying IM products I think it makes a lot more sense to try to create your own style in regards to how you go about your routine and find processes that work before you start to spend money on products, and then buy products that enhance your own processes. Maybe I'm a little off base here but it seems to be a great way to keep yourself from spending money on the latest, greatest products and instead spend money to make the stuff that works for you more efficient.

Totally agree w/ you 100%. I got MS about 1 month ago for the 35% off promo and i love it. The best part is that it X-Rays the Google Top 10 competition and shows you how to beat them. Many times when I'm doing research on keywords to see how competetive a niche really is I'll find that the keywords are NOT in the URL, Description, Headers, etc.

I also have MNF but I find I'm using MS more and more each day because it retrieves the data faster w/ out any hang ups like MNF.

I was like you a week ago. Tried the MS and it make me bought it 2 days ago, owh, what an investment....

Well, tell you the truth, I don't buy it with my money, but actually, I managed to get some of my PLR/MRR product sold, and with that money, I bought MS.

Well, I'm not expert on using MS yet, still learning...huhu

You're on the right track. All you really need is a domain, hosting, wordpress or any other software program like XSPro, (google keyword tool) or if you like Market Sumarai.

Then when you've established what you want to achieve in IM you can diversify and get only the very best of the best available on the market.

When it comes to marketing to noobies within the MMO niche, you are dealing with some of the most shrewdest marketers you will ever cross paths with! I promise, these guys know how to sell ice to Eskimos!

In reality, most noobies don't stand a chance when these MMO marketers pull out their big guns. Once they parade their: PayPal, Clickbank, Adsense and the other accounts they use to confirm income, it's over!

Add that with pictures they include of their new homes, hot cars and vacation spots along with the contrived testimonies of users of their products, schemes, software and secret strategies and the proven extra long psychologically commandeering sales pages and the multiple before you leave their website forced exit option tricks...

...and the average noobie can't help but to keep buying their mediocre offers, useless ebooks and worthless tools.

Unless a person finds a genuine mentor, or comes across a forum like this, is wise to the ways of the IM world, or has an IM noobie epiphany, they are going to fall prey to the aforementioned tactics and will end up with a TON of ebooks and software applications taking up space on their hard drives that they will never use.

And as for your affirmation; the MMO hawkers have heard that song one hundred thousand times and they are not buying it!

There is nothing wrong with spending money tools, training materials, etc. if they can help you run your business better or more efficiently. Where most new marketers tend to get in trouble is when they buy products that promise them a particular "new method to rake in massive cash."

I spend money on tools, training, etc., but very seldom do a I buy any type of product that promises to make me a ton of money overnight. In fact, I don't think I have bought one of those products in over a year. Thank God.

I disagree! I was a newbie for ages, and while I didn't make money I spent little on eBooks - just stumbled around trying methods of my own. I was too damn tight to spend even $10 for the Rich Jerk let alone $100's on products. SBI finally "got me" when and I decided to buy that knowing they had a money back guarantee and all. I took me 6 months for me to convince myself it wasn't a scam.
