I just upgraded from the baby account to the reseller account. My question is when I go to add a reseller account; I am having challenges getting a site loaded. Support said I need to increase the quota so that I can load a site on it; however I have no idea on how to increase the quota. I have played around with it for quite a while now; however can not figure it out. If anyone can tell me how to raise the quote on a reseller account so that I can add a site to the domain I would greatly appreciate it. |

Or, you could just create a new package and assign those numbers and then select the new package when setting up the domain. Bottomline is that you control the disk space and bandwidth through packages and each domain is assigned a package during setup. | |
