Default Having Challenges With Reseller Account

I just upgraded from the baby account to the reseller account. My question is when I go to add a reseller account; I am having challenges getting a site loaded.

Support said I need to increase the quota so that I can load a site on it; however I have no idea on how to increase the quota. I have played around with it for quite a while now; however can not figure it out.

If anyone can tell me how to raise the quote on a reseller account so that I can add a site to the domain I would greatly appreciate it.

You'll have to edit the package, and chances are there's one package that's setup with a quota of 1mb for space and 1 mb for traffic. At least that's how mine at hostgator was. Go into your WHM panel and scroll down on the left to where it says "edit package" and then choose the package and edit the disk space and traffic to the numbers you'd like. (I have one of my packages set for 1000 MB disk space and 2000 MB for bandwidth - these numbers are fine to start with and you can always increase them or set up more packages later.)

Or, you could just create a new package and assign those numbers and then select the new package when setting up the domain.

Bottomline is that you control the disk space and bandwidth through packages and each domain is assigned a package during setup.

Thanks you answered my question I can not believe it was that easy. Man do I feel stupid; I have been trying to figure it out all day long.
