Best Niche's

I am currently researching some of the top niches to do internet marketing in. I understand that some are very competitive such as real estate and internet marketing to internet marketers. What are some of the best one's for you?

    The ones that have a hungry crowd - and usually people are hungry through pain or passion. That can include IM but you are far more likely to be able to find that elusive untapped sub-niche outside of it.

    Pain because they have a desperate desire to make it stop/go away - for this think weight loss, health issues, getting lover back (ergo the pain will stop...they think...) etc

    Passion because it is an all-consuming preoccupation - for this think interests such as surfing, pets, scrapbooking and so on.

    It helps if you connect with the niche or know something about it, at least for your first attempt.

    Try making a shortlist and then Googling forums within those niches to see what people are talking about and what their most pressing problems/biggest passions are...then steam on in there and fill that void for them!
