what do you do with sites you buy?

i'm looking at buying an info product site within my niche.... never done anything like this before...

the site doesn't make much money... but gets 2500-4000 unique visitors a month, that are LASER targeted for my niche and product.

what do you guys do with the new site?

    go make a test between ads and affiliate commissions, and choose one which give you the highest income

    Try to scale the traffic up, therefore scaling up the revenue as well. After that, either resell for much more than you bought it for, or keep it for long term revenue if you believe that it'll be a steady earner.

    sorry... i might have forgotten to say...

    i have a site in the niche.... the site i'm buying is from one of my affiliates... i'm using this as a way to get my site more traffic...
