    How much are you considering paying for it? Personally I wouldn't either. I'd prefer to spend the money to build a list instead, which I can promote products to again and again.

    Well, doing a couple quick checks, it looks like a site designed to be flipped, as it has only been up about 7-8 months. The grammar/english is very poor, and it looks like a very basic clickbank/affiliate site.

    Personally I wouldn't buy it, because I could do the same thing myself, or get someone to do it the way I like it. But if I was to buy that site, maybe $25-$50. Someone else might pay more, but that is all I would be willing to pay.

    Well, I think it has a nice domain and some potentials. You should give it a shot and work on it for a while. $47 is like lunch and dinner.. so I guess this week you shouldn't go eat out with your friends and start planning the strategy to take this over. Good luck!

    If I were promoting the get your ex back niche, I would not do a review site of the major clickbank ex back products. I would do a blog with a lot of interesting get ex back articles and promote one of them on the blog.

    Personally, I wouldn't buy this site.

    If it had value it wouldn't be available now as you have simply told the 800+ people who read this forum at any given time exactly what domain has worth.

    For a domain to have value it has to have commercial intent, or some kind of brandability, this has neither.

    I could probably find a domain which is far superior to this in 2 minutes...
