OK you techie geniuses in the crowd,

Here's another question for you about web analytics (or tracking the visitors to my site).

I'm currently advertising via Yahoo PPC; I'm using WebCEO for my analytics (I like it much better than Google Analytics). WebCEO works in the same way Google analytics does- you insert a small script on each page in your site you want to track.

Yahoo is reporting 73 visitors to my site today. My cpanel weblogs seem to confirm that. WebCEO is, for some reason, only seeing 16 visitors for today.

Is it possible that somebody clicks in and out of the site so fast, that the WebCEO script doesn't completely process?

As a matter of fact, all of my websites seem to be under-reporting visitors for the past few days.

Ideas anyone??

      Mack,

Thanks for the heads up. I was not aware that Google Analytics also did that. And yes this is running on 'their' webCEO server. Very interesting.
