And the layout with an image on one said and text on the other.

The transitions from one slide to the next are also cool...

    Looks like they made it utilizing flash. I will say this video cracked me up. I did notice the guy sounds like that young kid on TV always trying to sell real estate books. Maybe I'm just tired though lol...

      Could be Flash. Could also be Powerpoint/Keynote along with a screen recording program such as Camtasia.

    It's a Keynote presentation. You can save them as Flash or Quicktime or whatever.

    It is a simple JW Player that is streaming an flv video. The video itself was likely a powerpoint presentation that he used screencapture software to record. Since there are no special features of the video, the same video could be captured with the free CamStudio software.
