Who Do You Use To Write Autoresponder Series?

Hey guys,

I'm thinking about hiring someone to write the first emails in my autoresponder sequence. Have you used or know anyone good (and reasonably priced)?

Some of the copywriters here do good emails - I charge $100 each.
Some charge more, some, no doubt, less.

I like to use a format that I learned from the almighty Frank Kern..

      Content + Content + Pitch + Content

So It would be something like this:

Day 1: Content + Soft Pitch
Day 2: Content + Soft Pitch
      Day 3: Hard Pitch
Day 4: Content + Soft Pitch
      Day 5: REPEAT

Provide your list some really good content in whatever niche you are trying to promote..

Remember it's all about the relationship you build with them subscribers, don't shove pitches down their throat.

This is a pretty powerful formula though if used correctly...

I think the best way is to write them yourself.

I see it as a way to build rapport with my subscribers. Furthermore, it doesn't take you too much time to write an email. I stick to Robert Plank's rule - deliver only ONE point in ONE email, keep your email short.

By the end of the day, it's "you" that attract your subscribers to open and read your emails.

    How do I know?

I myself only read those emails from marketers that I like. I know they are delivering good content, or they have their own ways of doing IM that attract me, so I tend to open and read their email more than anyone else.

I tend to write an anticipating email before I send out a free gift or solid content, follow by the content, then another follow up email to check if they are applying that technique.

    Hope this help.

Employing a professional to produce them, if it's within your budget, can make an overwhelming difference to the outcome.

Is this for the entire series of emails or just one email? If it was for a series, how many emails are typically in the series? I try to keep my emails short and sweet.. I will often turn articles into an email series... I write things like "the top ten things about X" or "why these 5 things will help your X"..

    Around $100 per email?

Not a bad business to get into at all! I agree, it does take some time to write each email.

I have almost 20 in my series that I wrote myself. Of course, I write all my emails and articles because nobody knows the pain and frustrations in my niche better than me.

I would have to agree to write them yourself, your emails are the secret ingrediants you put into your cake! You need to set yourself apart and show them your are not a autoresponder. With saying that, there is not problem looking through some of the emails you have gotten from marketers and fine tuning them and making them your own!

    Cheers!
