Got A New Blog ;-Your Opinion Is Highly Needed

Hello guys,

I have just set up this new blog The Strategic Attraction Secrets
with a plan of building traffic fast,monetizing it and flipping it within 6 - 8 months.

And I must confess that this is my first attempt at flipping a site.That is
why are seeking your experienced opinion on how to optimize my blog so
as to make it highly attractive to bidders when I decide to flip.

I will also be very happy for your suggestions in these areas:

1. Suitable Blog Template To Use

2.How To Customize The The Template's Header & Footer; which
I was made to know is important when flipping a site.

3. The articles arleady on the blog and how suitable they are to the blog's
topic.

4. How to go about building good back-links.

5. All other suggestions will be appreciated

    To be honest the site look OK, but needs more work done to it obviously.

    Make it look warm and inviting. Otherwise people will not stay around long if they dont like the look of the site.

    Your content looks fantastic but be sure that it's all properly optimized for your SEO..

    I would also recommend that you pay for your backlinks. In my experience, only when you pay do you get results.

      Do NOT, under any circumstances, do this! Paying for backlinks can land you in a world of hurt with the search engines. Google has created filters to see who's selling links, and being associated with sites that do is not going to make Google happy. Plus, most paid backlinks are not quality backlinks anyway, so they really don't do you any good.

      Stick to getting quality backlinks the legitimate way - by creating content that is compelling, that other sites want to link to.

    I do not like it as far as the look is concerned as that is the default template. There are tons of free nice templates ... just Google "Free Wordpress Templates." As far as he content, it looks good. Monetize it with Adsense and/or CB or something.

    Hi,

    It seems you're unfamiliar with optimizing blogs based on what
    you have and your questions.

    I'd suggest you Google some of the competition and have a look at
    their blogs. You'll get a better idea about it. You can also take
    a look in the websites for sale section in this forum and find blogs
    in your niche for ideas on themes.

    Google something like, top plugins for SEO, or best plugins for power
    blogging. Avoid loading up your blogs with too many plugins as it
    can affect load times.

    One plugin to use is something like, all in one SEO. I noticed your page
    files are not optimized.

    Research the WF for topics related to blogs and learn more. Use the search,
    select advanced search, and enter keywords.

    You're asking for people to give you a lot of info in your questions. If
    you're going to flip sites, you'll need to know this stuff yourself. It's a lot
    of work, but it's not hard to learn, either.

    Some of the content on your site really needs editing. There's nothing worse, (for me) then going to a site and seeing articles with grammar and spelling mistakes.
