I am completely new to online marketing, and also a bit of a newbie when it comes to computer skills as i just bought my first pc less than a year ago. I am looking for a way to drive a lot of traffic to my site that does not require a lot of time every day, or a lot of money to get started. I travel a lot for my real job, often gone for weeks at a time, and work extremely long hours when I am at our shop. I usually have most weekends off, which I spend with my kids, but I can spend a few hours each day in the early am and late at night working online at that time. I am overwhelmed with all the different methods that seem available, and don't really have a good understanding of how to implement them, or what does and does not work. Does anyone know of a method I can use to drive a lot of traffic to my site that does not require being maintained on a daily basis and is not expensive? I have about $500 max to use for advertising. I have started a blog, am still working on it. While I am lacking in time, money and computer skills at this time, I have the mindset to succeed at this, I just need the tools and resources that will work for me. Any help would be greatly appreciated. |
