Question About Domain Forwarding With Masking

If you are a Clickbank affiliate and use domain forwarding to your affiliate link with the masking option does it have an effect on whether or not your hoplink is still tracked? The reason I ask is because I prefer to mask my hoplinks as for whatever reason posting hoplinks as is can appear a bit amateurish. This may just be me though.

    I guess the only way to tell would be have someone make a purchase via the forwarded domain w/masking if I receive a commission than it makes no difference whether its masked or not, if I don’t I’ll simply forward but unmask the same link.
    Still can’t find a clear answer on this matter unreliable to me is like a maybe, it might work than again it might not that type of thing but no definitive answer as to whether it’ll impact anything.

    I have forwarding links that mask the url. It works/credits you just fine.
