Suggestion's for a Simple RSS WP Plugin?

Man... I've been banging my head against my desk for the last three hours looking for a simple RSS plugin for Wordpress!

All I need it to do is... post a feed to a specific category and continue to post on autopilot.

Does anyone have any suggestions for something under $30?

    If you go to appearance go to widgets and you should find the RSS Plug in. I hope this has helped
