but to be honest if i were you i would use wordpress blog platform for your site. you can use a theme that gives your blog a regular sieel but will be easy for you to master.

blogs are very flexible and easy to use and you can have blog posts and pages.

you already have a domain so just do it!

Thanks for the comments. I have a blog, but didn't consider using one as strictly a landing page.

I want to use the landing page to build my list and just figured I would need to create a stand alone page.

WP is basically a CMS, so it is helpful for a wide range of different sites, and the number of available plugins allows you to quickly customize the site's workings to handle new situations as they arise.

I've just been in the same situation as you are in. So I think I know what you want to do.

I've been thinking about this for quite a while and it probably comes down to the cliche 'content is king', well the conent kind of matters but I guess the promotion of your content is vital.

While I intended to try and become so pro-internet marketer from my first site, I decided to do something else from what I originally planned to do in that instead of having a site set up purely to profit from I'll be using my plr articles to attract visitors to my site.

After my site being up for 4 days i'm getting about 2 views per article per day. I've got 10 articles so I'm already getting about 20 views. I am a bit surprised at this but then again from the products I bought and the information I've recieved I can see it coming in to place.

Once I start getting about 10 page views per article per day I will then start to really focus on monetizing my site because regardless of how good your articles/salespitch is IM has become a numbers game

the more traffic = the more chance of doing what ever you want to do

Just do a quick search on google I found quite a few also search for a post by a fellow member call gaven I believe he gave away an excellent page created by his mentor.

Simple and easy I've used it personally for my free FBML Code and had quite good opt in rates with quality traffic of course.

Besides this you can find a lot of free good squeeze pages as well in the WSO forum. There is just too many to be noted so take your pick and keep optimizing it!
