How to get clickbank affiliates to promote e-mail optin

I have decided to use Clickbank to manage my affiliates.
I have seen some CB Vendors promote a sales page that is only an e-mail opt-in form.

How do I go about doing this? Because it seems to me that it won't work, once you get them to opt-in, the buyer can be directed to the sales page from the e-mail without the affiliate tag.

    You don't need the affiliate tag anymore. Clickbank will take care of this.

      It takes me about 3 seconds to close the browser window when I see this kind of stuff. It's up to you though. You can have the autobloggers and CB stores promoting your stuff as affiliates or people who will actually do something other than snagging your description from your CB listing and slap their aff link in there.

      There was a discussion about this on the forum not too long ago. I, for one, will not spend my time marketing to build your list.
