Help: I need SEO work done for an offline client

I finally went out and talked to a few business owners today, and i have 2 interested leads. Im excited ..... But!!!

I still dont have the people in place to get the work done!

I told them i would send them over an analysis and a proposal.

Once i close the deal i need someone who can:

Create the analysis for me to send them (keyword/competition etc)
Get them ranked for their keywords (quickly) (onsite /offsite/linking/etc)
Get them to the top of google maps (quickly)
Create a report i can send them on the work that has been done
Create social networking presence (facebook/twitter/ etc)
Submit them into the different local biz directories (yelp/yahoo/bing/ etc)
Do video marketing/install aweber/ etc


THERE HAS TO BE SOMEONE OFFERING THESE SERVICES TO OFFLINE CONSULTANTS but I JUST CANT FIND THEM!

ideally i would love to get an interested lead and make one call or email to get the work done.

preferrably i want to work with someone who specializes in local business seo and has a package already put together that would be awesome and id like to see proof of results or references.

i have a full time job that is very demanding and i do not want to learn or do ANY of this at this time. I dont want to train people on what i need done. I want someone who knows how to get results for a local business and at a price that makes sense for me .

ANY ONE WHO IS ALREADY OFFLINE CONSULTING AND YOU HAVE A TEAM THAT DELIVERS YOU RESULTS AND THEY CAN TAKE ON MORE WORK PLEASE LET ME KNOW!

p.s ..... ive found a few companies offering these services but they were starting @ 300-400 a month.... i cant see that amount being necessary after the client site has made it to the top of the rankings. Im sure some linking and content will need to be added monthly but not 300-400 dollars worth.

p.s .... please dont point me to the warriors for hire, odesk, craigslist, elance or fiverr etc..... im looking for names of people , companies or, services that you guys know and trust to outsource to, or if that person is you then let me know

    If you are looking for a one-stop solution to handle all of those things for you $300 - $400 a month would be cheap...in my opinion anyway.

    Someone to do the research and competition analysis
    Someone to do the backlining
    Someone to do the on page stuff
    Someone to get them into the local listings
    Someone to push the local listing up
    Someone to come up with a "completion report"

    $300 - $400 a month or even a one off cost would be cheap.

      My company can do this but we're not cheap... however we're also one of the FEW offering all the services available and also one of the best.

        i believe ive checked out your site a little while back .... what kind of packages do you offer...

        As someone looking to outsource, i would have to be able to pay you for the work as well as be able to charge the client a reasonable amount and still be able to make enough of a profit to make sense.

      No the 300 -400 monthly was an seo package, that consisted of articles , linking, commenting, etc.... and they send monthly report of the work.......

      google maps and submissions were not part of this package... the list i made were things id like whoever i outsource to to be able to do.....


      my point was that 300 - 400 a month worth of SEO is not necessary for non competitive keywords after the client has gotten the rankings....

        ahhh...yeah, you're right about the SEO part - Most of the time if they are fairly uncompetitive, you can do a couple press release runs and kill 2 birds with 1 stone, and be done as far as the rankings to.

        One thing that you might consider though for the initial report and analysis is to pick up a piece of software like SEO software: IBP is the powerful SEO tool with proven results - It gives a pretty professional looking report that gives the appearance that a lot of work went into it

        As far as some of the other things like the Google Local listings, and even the some of the other tasks to a certain extent...Pick up a really cheap outsourcer from somewhere like odesk - you might even be able to get away with a couple bucks an hour, and just provide them with extensive training on the task...usually after they do it a couple of times, they know it like the back of their hand, and when that happens...you end up only paying something like $6 for a whole task to be completed.

          There are gold members at offlinebiz.com who would do this for you (we have a list in the gold members section of members and the various services they offer).

          And yes they specialize in working with brick and mortar businesses, many are using traffic geyser and other methods on top of regular SEO so they're getting some amazing results too.

          Ideally i want to find someone offering to do this this this and this ..... and charge me x amount to do it. and then i charge x amount to my clients and make x amount.... rinse and repeat.

          I am about to possibly get my first client and you can understand that i dont want to be experimenting or winging it , or training someone at this point. i would rather find a one stop service that can provide me what i need and i can feel confident that my clients will see results. and focus on getting more clients.

          I really appreciate your responses and help, i was hoping to go this route a little down the road .right now because i dont have any clients , and i havent gotten any results for anyone, i was hoping that once i get one , i can be 100% sure that who i pay to get the results for them i can feel good about.... so i am willing to pay more than i would by finding people at odesk and not being exactly sure on what to tell them to do , and just pay someone who specializes in what i need done and has proven results.....

    What you want to do is Google the term "white label seo."

    There are companies that do exactly what you are looking for and let you put your name on the reports.

    Of course I wouldn't trust anyone who is willing to do the work you want for such a low amount....

    I offer these things to my clients too. It looks like you've got enough responses to get your work done.

    I would add that Web Position is another tool that can do the reports too - I use it for my clients. Check it out if you actually want a tool for yourself.

    Providing all those services wouldn't be a problem at all for us to do either. Usually local keywords are extremely easy to get to page one and would require a couple of spun articles with the anchor text in the author bio. Then throw a PR on top of it and presto...you're a magician! The weaker the competition for the keyword the easier it is to rank for and the less articles that need to be created, spun and submitted to blog directories which equates to lower seo fees.
