If you're just going to use MOB and SOC, go with the highest traffic count as long as they're all green SOC. That one showing 14,800 monthly searches would be my choice, if I only looked at MOB and SOC. But I don't. Neither should you. Learn how to analyze your true competition (Google Top 10 or 20). Who cares how many total competing sites there are for that search term? The only ones you really want to beat are in the Top 10 (maybe Top 20 if there are enough searches being done every month).

SOC and MOB are both misleading indicators taken alone. They aren't focused on the Top 10 or 20, but on your total competition. What will serve you better is learning how to find weakness in the Top 10 or 20. Pick your keywords that way.

      Thanks
some of the keywords have 150,000 exact phrase count but SOC is less.Should I choose this as my target keyword ?

or should I reduce the target like, I should choose those exact phrase count is less than 100,000 ( or I can say less than 50,000) and less SOC (say 30).

I have a question about MOB. My MOB showing that 61 and SOC is 26.Do you think this keyword is good.(Exact phrase count is 79,300 and it has monthly 1900 searches as MNF).Can you suggest this keyword is good to target ?

      Thanks

      Next,

What are you trying to do.
You use the results differently for
      different objectives.

Are you looking for a good domain name?
Are you looking for good article titles?
Are you look for key phrases for and adsense site?
      Are you thinking about PPC?

      What is your goal?
