Some IM'ers suffer from Lead Frenzy. I certainly have in the past. It's a mad rush to get more leads while backburnering your current team and not tending to your list properly.
It's important to generate leads but it's as important to remember and take care of what you have too. The money is in the team, list, and then your leads. Take care of your current business then proceed to generate more.
