.CO Domain Name Land Rush - Your Thoughts?

So the domain name land rush for .co domain names is open to the public. Think it'll make a huge difference having a site like marketing.co etc.? I don't know whether it's worth the trouble trying to find premium domains with this extension, as I see actual marketing to be more important.

    I imagine they've already allowed bidding on the .co domains prior to opening it up to the public, which will take care of sex.co, marketing.co etc.

    I'm not in. I believe the registration fee is higher also, but not sure.

    The registration fees for these, running into several hundred dollars at various registrars is not worth it IMHO. You could do better spending your $ on SEO etc on a .com.
