    Well,

    I can see the value in people typing .co instead of .com by accident, however this won't be "the next dot com".

    yeah..i agree it wont be the next .com but like the guy up there said, the value might come from people accidentally typing in .co instead of .com.

    1. 70% of the worlds top 500 brands have secured .CO domains.

    2. "According to the World Trademark Review, over half of the top 500 global brands have signed up for a '.co' already," says Thomas Barrett, President of EnCirca, Inc. "We are expecting huge interest in open registrations. The suffix .co is universally recognized as an abbreviation for company, with 75 percent of respondents in a recent survey equating .co with 'company,' 'corporation,' or 'commerce.'"

    .com is king but .co may be the new prince!
