Is Craigslist The Best Free Classifides Online?

i'd say craigslist has the highest traffic. there's another one that starts with a K i think.. Anyone remember?

I don't know of many anymore. Craigslist has turned to complete **** with all the idiots spamming it out with garbage.

What are you wanting to use free classified sites for exactly?

I use CL at least once a week to drive traffic to my niche site and it works well. I make eight posts over two hours and I notice traffic spikes each time.

Ebay is now offering a classified option, and it's free as well. Ebay has a better alexa ranking than craigslist, so it seems that the traffic would be higher as well. Check it out.

kijiji is now ebay classified. they renamed it.
I use craigslist for physical products and don't even try the others.
Ebay may be higher on alexa, but I'm not sure they are higher on user's list.
(Alexa is too easily gamed)

Actually, for clarification purposes, it is ebay classifieds in the US, but still remains as Kijiji in Canada.

I am not a huge fan of craigslist cause of the aggressive flagging there. IM related stuff gets flagged by competitors all the time. I posted some free information, (no upsell, no affiliate link or anything just free reports) and even that got flagged weithin hours. Some cities are less aggressive with the flagging.

Anyways, I am giving away a free WSO where I list a whole bunch of major free classified sites, some much friendlier than craigslist.

There is always ebay classifieds (kijiji)

CL works just fine in some cities. There are a few that get spammed repetedly, so my ad always got buried almost as fast as I listed it. I like to go for the smaller cities myself.
