lead capture page reqd! Anyone there who can do this?
Can anyone help me create this for me?
1) I require a simple lead capture page:
2) It's for a travel related site
3) The lead capture page should have menu driven fields: like name, a drop down menu whether the opt-in subscriber is interested in hotel booking or a city tour or a local car hire, etc etc, the dates of travel, coming from which place, no of travellers, etc etc.
4) This page should thereafter lead the site visitor to a thank you page
