OFFLINE:I need a report or info to hand local biz owners

I recently got my website up and going. I got my "team" behind me to get the work done. I have a second meeting tomorrow and i will hopefully land my first client!!!!!

now i need to go out and get more clients!

Does anyone have or use or sell a report or pamphlet, type of material i can go to kinkos or staples and get printed out and take around to local business owners , and attach my contact info to.

I would like to use this method so if the owner is busy and doesnt have time to talk or doesnt seem interested i can just tell him to take a look at the info im giving them and feel free to contact me if they want to talk further. Then after a few days if havent heard from them , i can make a follow up call and it wouldnt be such a "cold" call. (or even give it to the manager or gatekeeper)

Of course i would hope that giving them the info would be a conversation starter and make me feel more comfortable and i think this is a better way to get the info into their hands opposed to emailing them. ( i now realize that alot of small business owners dont respond well to emails)

someone please point me in the direction of the best report or info to give a business owner to open the door for offering them my services or get them interested to contact me to find out more.....

    I would actually love to create something like that.
    I have a few ideas thrown together, nothing set in stone though...

    Post your business' website, we wouldn't mind critiquing it for you.

    Congrats on taking action, and good luck with the potential client. What I would do is just create a short report focused on the benefits of your service. Explain why the services are needed, and what they could do for a business to help it grow. There has been some great reports in the wso area.

      thanks for your responses, im know there are plenty of wso's to go thru to find what im looking for but i thought if i made a post i could get suggestions on what some of you may already use, as well as maybe being pointed in the right direction to a report that may work best. There is so much to go through and i have already spent so much money, i want to make sure when i spend money on this i am going to get exactly what im looking for.

      im also open to any other suggestions you guys have as far as getting clients.

      sometimes making a post is better than looking through offers and buying a wso. with that said i am willing to pay for what im asking for. ... i just want to make sure i am spending wisely and want to get some valuable advice on this.

      i think it maybe i will spend my time to write the report , and then have someone tweak it to make it look good myself and use it and then make it a wso....... haha ....

        At OfflineBiz.com we have a report along these lines that is available for use to current paid Gold Members.

        Creating one yourself wouldn't be too difficult and may be better in some ways because you can narrow your focus in the report down to pre-selling the services you want to provide.
