Where Are The (Decent) Alternative Energy Products?

As a little side biz, I have a big ol' list in the alternative energy field.

I feed these guys great content and have a decent relationship with them (yes, I reply to their emails.)

So I'm wondering... where oh where are the decent alt. energy products for me to promote?

All I see are scammy magnet eBooks and solar power sales letters with fake testimonials and pictures. This niche is loaded with more fakery than IM Clickbank products!

Warriors, who out there can help me? There'll be some commissions coming your way if you can...

    Hi Matt,

I have worked for many years in the power station business, and more recently with renewable energies. Just got started on IM and also looking for opportunites. Too early (today) for coming up with products but do intend to e something on these lines. Will subscribe to this thread to keep in touch and see what ideas spring out. Perhaps we can work together in future?

      Hi Alexa

I think these (above) are two very different questions. I think this is much more a "browsers' niche" than a "buyers' niche" (for various reasons), and I'd even go so far as to suggest that the better products may actually be the least appealing, in income-potential terms, for an affiliate to promote. This is what puts me off the niche.
Yeah I see what you're saying. But I have promoted a couple of things over the past few years and they do snap them up. But there are so few decent products (or at least sales letters) out there.

      Hi Richard,

Sure keep in touch by all means. I don't know about you, but it seems to me there's a real gap for someone to brand themselves as an alternative energy guru in this niche.

What's wrong with the solar power products?
      Product Creator,

It's not necessarily the products... just the sales letters. Wish I had the time to put in a couple of weeks rewriting some of them.

Like I say, seems to be a real opportunity for somebody to jump in with some decent marketing...

You should look into selling solar panels. Right now solar is really hot due to all the tax incentives the government is offering. In some states you can get 80% of the purchase price refunded to you with your tax return.

Solar companies pay really well too. I found one that pays $500 a sale. You just send them leads and if they close the sale, you make $500. I just got started and I see huge potential in this area.
