Hello All,

First post here, and i'm looking to get into internet marketing.

Can anyone recommend a good mentor that takes their cut via %?

Thanks

You would need to be able to convince them that you would be a suitable candidate for that model. It's much riskier as a mentor because so many people (no matter how hard-working they think of themselves) don't continue to do the things they need to.

I see your point, but if they are confident of their success, in general this would be a better model for them to create a higher income from their affiliates

It's not as simple as that.

I do mentoring but I would never take up your offer because I don't know you - and I've seen so many people simply not do the things they know they should that I know that what I tell them is only a small part of their success.

Like telling a fat person what to eat - they think they should do it, they want to do it, they believe they can do it - but then they don't.

My time is way too valuable to spend on someone who wants it for free because they're after a shortcut.

Knowing who you are is the vital difference, otherwise you'll end up with someone giving you generic IM advice which may or may not suit you.

Judging by the diversity of your sig file links, it doesn't appear that you can stick to one thing.

All valid and respected points, i'll search through the forums to see what i should expect to pay, and of course, who to pay!
