I am looking for your opinion on who are the top super affiliates in the Internet Marketing industry? (Your top 3-5 picks would be ideal).

Moreover, what criteria, in your opinion, separates a SUPER affiliate from a regular one? Is it an earned dollar amount per year? List size? Number of posts on Warriors? ;-) Etc...

Do you consider yourself a SUPER affiliate? If so, why?

This data will aid in the creation of a unique new product. Your answer will help me with some market research about the affiliate marketing industry, and help to identify those people the market at large considers "key players".
