Simple contact management software needed

After wading through many CRM options, I can't seem to find what I need.

Help!

My needs are relatively simple. I would like a system to do the following:
  • Maintain contact list with customizable fields.
  • Auto send email at specified intervals based on one of the fields. For example, I would like an auto email to go out to contact X annually 3 months before, and then at the beginning of their birth month.
  • Bulk import of email addresses.
That's it.

Extra features that would be nice to have:
  • Export to Excel/CSV.
  • Custom reports based on field parameters.
  • Track contact purchase dates. (Manual input or import from Excel/CSV)
  • Email based on field parameters/purchase history.
The capacity doesn't have to be huge. The ultimate maximum is less than 25,000 contacts and I'll be very happy if I get to 25% of that.

Of course, free is always nice. It's early in the game. I just launched a couple of days ago and have 1 sale, but I expect things to go nuts starting in September. Then I'll be able to consider full-featured, paid options.

I would even settle for a spreadsheet-based system that I could manually cut & paste a block of email addresses to BCC in an email template. Since I would only be doing this once or twice a month, it wouldn't be that big of an inconvenience.

    Guys, I tell you managing a schedule, event or maintaining is in itself a complex feature. Going through customizing your contacts, importing database, access to marketing via email sending function can be a good show. I tried the one from sales force & love it coz it gives a true automation environment & helps me truly to attend my events in time.

    I took it for a trial but its a magic on the go !!!
