Simple contact management software needed
Help!
My needs are relatively simple. I would like a system to do the following:
- Maintain contact list with customizable fields.
- Auto send email at specified intervals based on one of the fields. For example, I would like an auto email to go out to contact X annually 3 months before, and then at the beginning of their birth month.
- Bulk import of email addresses.
Extra features that would be nice to have:
- Export to Excel/CSV.
- Custom reports based on field parameters.
- Track contact purchase dates. (Manual input or import from Excel/CSV)
- Email based on field parameters/purchase history.
Of course, free is always nice. It's early in the game. I just launched a couple of days ago and have 1 sale, but I expect things to go nuts starting in September. Then I'll be able to consider full-featured, paid options.
I would even settle for a spreadsheet-based system that I could manually cut & paste a block of email addresses to BCC in an email template. Since I would only be doing this once or twice a month, it wouldn't be that big of an inconvenience.
