Safelist Testing

Hello warriors;
I am setting up and trying out a method of list building by using safelist's exclusivley. The hard part, is figuring out what safelists are quality, and which one's, well, suck.

What I'm looking for is a series of safelists that will let me submit emails to:

- At least 1000 members
- Are credit based
- Allow HTML at either the free or first paid level
- And will let me submit an ad at least once every 24 - 48 hours.

As this is a new test setup, I have setup a brand new list in my Aweber account, and therefore it is empty of subscribers.

I am looking to test a couple different niches, as it seems that the only people that will be seeing these, are other people looking to build thier own lists. So, in otherwords, other IM's.

So far, I'm signed up with:
Adtactics
AdTroopers
List Joe
Instant Profit List

If anyone has any other suggestions on which ones to try, and that are of good quality, the please let me know.

I'll post the kind of results I get as a result of this test, this weekend...
