Trying to set up an account with GoDaddy.... to buy domain name... but what does this mean?

By electing to use your PayPal account to make a purchase through Go Daddy you are agreeing to the Merchant-Initiated Payment billing agreement through PayPal. This billing agreement establishes a relationship between you and Go Daddy through PayPal and allows you to authorize Go Daddy to withdraw funds for payment of purchases you make at our site directly from your PayPal account.
You will receive an email notification from PayPal informing you of the acceptance of this Merchant-Initiated Payment agreement and your monthly billing limit. Your monthly billing limit is based on the amount of your initial purchase using the account with us. We start at $500.00 USD and round up your limit to the nearest $100.00 USD. You are free to increase or lower your monthly billing limit, if you choose to, by visiting www.PayPal.com Limit for this Merchant-Initated Payment: $500 USD per month

Don't buy a domain name from GoDaddy. Or anything else, for that matter. Go to nodaddy.com for details.

  Now that is weird...but maybe more "opportunistic" than weird. I can't say I like the idea of them being able to initiate a relationship where they could make withdrawals. I'll remember to stay away. Thanks for the heads up.

  No, it means that you can't spend more than $500 with them in a month without giving them some sort of other payment or verification so you don't rip them off.

  I have a godaddy account and make payments to them via paypal. You can set a limit in your godaddy account for automatic renewal of your hosting or whatever you have with them.
  
  So if you set the limit to $50 godaddy can only take upto $50 automatically per billing period (monthly) from your paypal account.

And does the above mean that they will take out 500$ a month; or am I reading it wrong. Thanks.
