|  Changing Title of WSO - Changes URL too?
If i change the title of an existing WSO..would it change the URL to the WSO also? (Since the title is part of the URL...) ? G. |

Well...YES you can go in and change the title, BUT, it doesn't take effect on the main WSO page. Visitors do not see the new title until AFTER they click on your WSO. So the link would stay the same. | |

You can change the title and it does change the URL. I've been testing titles on my WSO and I've changed three times. Each time the URL changes as well.

yes i just tested, it does change. So make sure you update your signatures too otherwise the URL is invalid? (If you have a WSO in your sig...)

You do NOT need to update your signature when you change your title. Do you see the 5 or 6 digit number that's either at the end or right at the beginning of your URL. Within this forum that's all that really matters as far as linking goes. The URL is different but that number stays the same and therefore its location stays the same on this forum. It's pretty cool! |
