There are a lot of tips and tricks that you can use and get a lot of views and subscribers.

First of all, the video titles are a major part of your video mainly. Why?
Because that the user on YouTube will be browsing around and they see a eye catching title! That means they will click on it and give the video and extra view. That could be your video.
Make the title look professional by using caps at the start of a word and add 1-3 keywords in it.

Next, we talk about descriptions.
Descriptions are very important and why that? That description gives information about your video to the viewer. Place an accurate description about your video, don't fill it with spam and make it short, but descriptive! Be sure that you describe your video, that’s what it’s there for.

Keywords are the biggest part of your video because when someone searches something, if any of the words they searched are in your video keywords, then your video will show up in the search!
Make sure you are using the correct keywords. There are many tools that can “hello” you decide your keywords, one of these is Google Suggest, that gives you keywords when you start typing.
Another tool is in Adwords. Fill in the search 'marketing' and it will come up with loads of related keywords for you to use.

Thumbnails are another part of your video that attracts viewers because it shows a snapshot of your video at exactly half way through the video. So you need to edit the image exactly half way through your video and use a better quality image.

Quality of video is very important because the simple fact, if your video is terrible quality nobody like your video! You can add '&fmt=18' to the end of any video URL to make it better quality.
Make sure that the quality of what’s in video is good. Make the video short and attractive, don't make a long 5:00 minute video because people cannot be bothered to watch it. It needs to be quick and have action.

YouTube friends can get your more viewers and subscribers on your videos.

There are many services that offer them, you can goto Fiverr ? The place for people to share things they?re willing to do for $5 and get it done.

Also whats your goal? Do you want real views or do you just want a increase in count and why? Does the video matter.

I have tested putting links on viral videos and the traffic garbage and contents not selling.

Making videos that answer the users question are best if you are looking for quality visitors.

I think the more important question is what are you actually hoping to get out of these views? Are you just wanting to inflate your view count or try and get some real exposure for your video?

I use tubefool to bring subscribers/ friends and comments on my youtube channel. It doesnt give you massive traffic but does give a constant stream to my channel and videos
