How to get local search figures for other countries in Google Keyword Tool?

If I put the keyword phrase I want to target into the Google Keyword Tool, I get the local search volume and the global search volume for that keyword.

Problem is, I am in South Africa.

Does anybody know if there is a way to find out what the local search volume is in another country - in my case, the USA?

    I live in the US so I get the US keyword tool
    However I typed Google keyword tool uk
    into my browser and was given the link for
    the uk keyword tool.

    What happens when you put
    "Google keyword tool usa" in your browser?

    There is a free Firefox plugin called
    Google Global which is just what you
    want.

    Set any country and delivers Google
    search results for that country.

    Just put /ncr at the end and it keeps it in the Google you are searching so for the us tyoe Google , www.google.co.uk/ncr for the UKL it works like a charm.

    Also from South Africa by the way

    Forgive me i did not read your thread properly, my advice is to search google for other countries not keyword tool.
