Always Be Improving Your Process

Hey Warrior,

This is about making money. Anyone who tells you that you can setup a site and leave it forever and make money is sadly leading you down the wrong path.

I created a website 1.5 years ago and been completely updated since last year. Well I came back to do some market research and found that half a dozen similar websites (even better) have popped up. Of course I fell behind since I did not spend time on this.

The point is that always be working on your website and process's or someone will take you out.

Cheers,
Mukul

    I agree.

And by processes, it doesn't necessarily mean you do it yourself.

Once you get a site profitable and earning at least 500 bucks a month, reinvest and outsource the work and let it grow on its own.

Well ideally you do all the market research ahead of time. You then install split testing/multivariate software and let your teams do the work.

You then do nothing with it, while the software and teams optimize it.

Also, you can instruct your team (specifically a member of your team) run and send you reports about how the market is behaving on your site.

You can use this info to make executive decisions.

Once you nail the system, it becomes so streamlined that your involvement is no longer needed.

Then, you duplicate the system again and again...with new sites, products, etc. Grow an empire.

It does take some learning at the beginning though - and getting it profitable so it supports itself takes time.

Yup, thats the beauty of it

When I did it, there was no one in that market. The good thing is that everyone else is following the same path, so it saves me time in doing it

Also this time making process's to keep track of the market.

      Cheers,
