    Honestly, I can't tell you how many times I have heard "I got the million dollar domain name" and it turns out to be basically worthless. That said; I would build backlinks, get it ranked well and pray for a lot of mistype traffic. Then see what type of natural type in traffic and search engine traffic your getting, and decide if you still have the "next million dollar domain."
