Any Suggestions on Starting a Tutoring Site?

I was thinking of starting a site dedicated to answering high school math, science, history questions ... any suggestions? Anyone have experience with something like this?

I'm a web developer and I read lots of web dev tutorial sites on a daily basis. The high ranking sites offer tutorials for free on popular topics like (for example) designing a site in photoshop, converting it to static XHTML/CSS and then converting that to a Wordpress theme. This sort of tut is sought after not just by those wanting to learn how to do it, but also by those wanting to critique others' technique.

Maybe a model you could follow is the Nettuts+ | Web development tutorials, from beginner to advanced. model - they have tons of free quality tutorials, but they also charge a small amount per month (think its about $9) for high quality premium tutorials.

Another possible revenue stream you could target is providing material for teachers in your chosen subjects - give them a little for free and charge a premium for the good stuff.

I appreciate that as I did not think of working with teachers but that is another great approach, thanks.
